Interim Education Cluster Information Management Officer (National Contract)

Works under the supervision of the Education Cluster Coordinator. The Education Cluster Interim Information Management Officer is the official custodian of the education cluster information management and is responsible for the overall management of education cluster information portfolio. The Information Management Officer will be a key member of the Education Cluster Coordinatin team and play a vital role in supporting data management, undertake inter-cluster FSNMS+assessment, nation-wide education needs assessement and process Humanitarian Needs Overview (HNO). The role holder will also enable Cluster Coordination team to collate and analysis education data (5Ws) on a monthly basis.

In order to be successful you will bring/have:


  • University Degree or advance in Information Technology (IT), Management information systems (MIS), or related disciplines/field with proven working experience in the same field At least 5 years' relevant experience at a senior level of programme/project management particularly managing integrated programmes focused on education, child protection, inclusion and gender
  • At least Two years of experience in Education Information Management or Education program management
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Good computer skills - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) and emails is a MUST
  • Experience of working with the and humanitarian NGOs and education cluster
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of local languages including Arabic
  • Working experience in insecure and multicultural diverse setting

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Location: Juba, South Sudan.
