We are running several core projects (Supply Chain Mgmt-SCM, Finance Mgmt System-FMS, Customer Relationship Mgmt-CRM) through a strategic initiative called the Application Revolution Transformation (ART). Through this initiative, Americares aspires to be a high performing organization, and to do this, the basics must be right. We aim to improve, harmonize, and share, wherever beneficial, processes, information, and systems across all Americares locations. To that end, we are seeking an Integration Developer Consultant with skills in developing new integration services.

The Integration Developer Consultant will develop new integration services and support the Americares enterprise Integration platform as part of the ERPx implementation project. This job requires an experienced Integration developer who can partner effectively with all technical resources on the project, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems.

-Analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, support and fine tune integration platform.
-Follow established best practices and procedures in development and integration of applications.
-Create and maintain formal data structures, Data mappings and integration architectures.
-Establish strong business partnerships through direct involvement in gathering requirements on new data integration services.
-Support the integration platform including monitoring, deployments, logging and reporting
-Collaborate with Project Management to develop high level estimates, project impact/s required to develop and deploy functionality.
-Form strong collaborative working relationships with project team members.
-Participate in QA deliverables, partnering with project team and/or end user stakeholders to execute testing, ensuring results meet system and business requirements.
-Administer and support necessary systems configurations/business requests to support day-to-day operations.
-Perform other duties that may be requested by Americares.

-3+ years of experience delivering enterprise integration platform solutions such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, and Informatica.
-5+ years of overall experience in developing Enterprise Application Integration development.
-Experience integrating SaaS products like ERP (Unit 4 Business World), CRM, eCommerce platforms, etc.
-Experience in low-code development tools like OutSystems and Mendix.
-Hands on design, development, deployment and maintenance of integration processes between applications leveraging common frameworks such as message queuing, caching, complex mapping and scripting (Cloud Integration, Application Integration and Enterprise web services APIs).
-Object Oriented or Functional design skills with strong understanding of common design patterns.
-Must have experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, SQL and Messaging frameworks.
-Experience with EDI and Master data Management (MDM).
-Excellent knowledge of software engineering best practices (e.g. Agile software development, SDLC, test-driven development, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, etc).
-Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.
-Professional Certification in an integration preferred.
-Ability to conduct effective training sessions/workshops with technical staff as necessary.
-Strong consultative and advisory skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communications.
-Ability to manage multiple competing priorities through effective time management, organization, and communication.
-Flexibility to work after hours if needed.
-Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
