The Senior Officer, Cash Assistance Delivery Platform will use their expertise in Cash programming and data management to develop a cash assistance delivery platform in collaboration with the Turkish Red Crescent Society (Türk Kızılay/TRC). This platform will provide an innovative technical tool for RCRC members and cash-based interventions for global use. The Senior Officer is responsible for the development of the tool, taking it from initial concept to a fully functioning platform. This role will ensure effective rolling out of the platform and ensuring buy-in and coordination at multiple levels. The Senior Officer, Cash Assistance Delivery Platform, will ensure the associated guidance and platform are tools that are innovative, user focused, fit for purpose and can benefit the wider RCRC membership.

The Senior Officer role sits within the IFRC’s global cash team and will work in close coordination with the IFRC’s Turkey country delegation and in particular its ESSN Operations and Learning teams.
