LOCATION:

Azaz,Syria

Objectives

  • Provide General HR operations support

  • Ensure all HR documents and personnel files are maintained and are up to date

  • All personnel files to be scanned (electronic copies)

  • Support HR Officer in recruitment process for casual workers and volunteers

  • Work closely with HR Team to assist in other HR administrative tasks

Skills and Qualification

· Experience in Human Resources and general office administration skills is desirable

· Good English skills

· Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar software and experience using databases

· Organisational and time management skills, detail-oriented

· Communication and interpersonal skills
