The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead efforts to future-proof Plan International in a digital world, ensuring that the organisation adopts digital ways of working to drive operational efficiencies and demonstrable and strategic gender transformative impact.

Working closely with the Head of Digital and Innovation you will support the development of an updated Digital strategy, in particular by aligning digital transformation to the broader business strategy. You will drive the organisation’s digital transformation in a coherent and accessible way so that our people, processes and culture are able to realise the benefits and opportunities of digital technologies and that we are able to quickly adapt to changing business requirements.

A key aspect of this role will be to improve organisational effectiveness through digital tools and ways of working helping to ensure that Plan International becoming increasingly effective, accountable, transparent, inclusive, and collaborative through the leveraging of the appropriate digital tools.

The Individual

With proven experience working in the digital transformation of organisations including organisational change management and effective stakeholder management, you will be an excellent Project Manager, ideally qualified in Agile, Prince2, PMP or MSP. Self motivated, efficient, and highly organised you will prioritise competing demands effectively to deliver to agreed goals. You will influence and communicate effectively, building strong relationships with different people at all levels.
