Project Coordinator.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  1. Direct responsible for implementing FSL activities within the project activities.
  2. Observing beneficiaries’ registration and verification process.
  3. Manage beneficiaries’ documents and insure the exitance of all required documents and archive it as per the foundation rules.
  4. Prepare distribution plan and share it with project Coordinator and project manager.
  5. Insure the proper coordination with local authorities and project team for distribution process.
  6. Coordinate with FSL cluster to and attend cluster meetings.
  7. Prepare activities report and share it with project Coordinator and project manager.

Experience and Skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field.
  • Good communication (written and spoken) in English.
  • At least one year of working experience.
  • Strong relation with key stakeholder and governmental side.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good computer skills.
