As the Delivery, Performance & Accountability Analyst, you will be central to improving and executing key global business processes for strategy implementation and data-driven organisational learning, such as; the annual planning process across Global Hub, Regional Hubs and Country Offices, the frequent global analysis of key performance metrics and insight-led decision making for management and governance bodies and, ad-hoc project management to address relevant interventions and priorities of the team, working closely with the Managing Director for Delivery, Performance & Accountability to deliver on their mandate.
The Performance: Insights, Planning and Reporting team provide the key link between the global strategy and the work of the enterprise, helping the organisation to understand the strategy, translate it into action, and accelerate its impact in transforming girls’ lives.
This newly formed team offers opportunity to learn about all areas of Plan, whilst also revolutionising accountability for how we as an organisation implement and learn from our strategy.
We are looking to recruit an organised and analytical individual who has good knowledge and previous experience of the project management lifecycle and who has experience in creating tools and templates to enable effective planning and performance monitoring. You will have the ability to build relationships with and work with multiple stakeholder groups and engage tactfully across cultures.
To be successful in this role, you will be logical and structured in your approach and you will have strong research, analysis, evaluation and problem-solving skills. You will also have strong people skills, including high levels of diplomacy and negotiation, and the ability to influence others to move toward a common goal or vision.

Location: Global Hub (Woking, UK where we are all currently working from home due to Government restrictions) or in most locations where Plan International has a legal entity and you have the pre-existing right to live and work

Salary: We will be happy to disclose the salary and applicable benefits to applicants as part of this process, however, please kindly note that this will vary according to the location of the appointed candidate and therefore, it is not possible to include full details here. The salary for an appointed candidate based in the UK will be in the range of £33,615 - £37,350
