Be responsible for the following recruitment and hiring activities:
· Crafting advertisements
· Posting of vacancy announcements in Free sites
· Conducts longlisting
· Send calendar invites to applicants and panel
· Ensure completeness of interview materials (CVs and assessment forms)
· Draft onboarding schedule and coordinate with the new recruit’s Supervisor
· Send regret letters to those who were shortlisted but not chosen
· Support in scheduling confirmatory interviews
· Ensure complete recruitment files for future reference
· Help in crafting bid analysis for Consultant recruitments
Provide support on learning and development in the following areas:
· Conduct of a training needs analysis
· Sourcing and scouting for learning interventions
· Conduct of internal trainings
· Search for facilitators, trainers and others in coordination with the HR Manager system
Be responsible for the following performance management related activities:
· Keep track of the employee performance review documents
· Ensure completeness of staff performance review documents (annual and mid-year)
· Follow up missing performance review related documents
· Help develop/improve performance management tools, processes and systems
Provide support and assistance in the following employee engagement activities:
· TAF Management and HR related surveys
· CODI and COVID related surveys re posting and collating results of internal surveys
· Lead in the planning and execution of TAF-PH wide activities such as Holiday Party, Annual Outing, PSEAH trainings etc.
Be responsible for the following PROMS related activities:
· Upload information of new consultants
· Create bid analysis for competitively hired consultants
· Prepare letter of contracts and IDIQ contracts for Consultants hired under the Office of the Country Representative and his Deputy
Others
· Support Sharepoint reorganization and data management of HR files
· Other responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time
