Country: Albania Organization: Chemonics Closing date: 15 Oct 2020 Chemonics seeks a qualified individual for the role of Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) Manager for the three-year, UK-Funded, Serious Organised Crime (SOC): Prevent – Alternative Pathways programme in Albania. This programme is managed by the UK Home Office and funded through the Conflict Stability and Security Fund (CSSF). The MERL manager will be responsible for overall management and direction of rigorous monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning activities of the programme to measure progress towards initial and intermediary results and the overall programme goals. Specifically, measuring the direct impacts of the project on reduced levels of serious organised crime in Albania and internationally.
