Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist – USAID **This position is contingent upon donor funding award FUNCTION: Heifer International is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for a USAID-funded market systems oriented livestock project in Rwanda. The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (MES) is accountable for leading the design adjustments, implementation, roll-out and maintenance of this project focused on increasing livestock production and increasing the consumption of Animal Source Food (ASF) within Rwanda. Duties will include ensuring integrity of business functions, leading the collection and analysis of project data and ensuring that learning's are incorporated and taken into account of the project design throughout implementation. ESSENTIAL CHARACTER TRAITS: Self-starter, stellar communication skills, collaborative, creative thinker, organized, and realistic with timelines and deliverables.
