Scope of Work:

Support and assist with all administrative and secretarial work.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1- Support Admin Coordinator in all communication process related to departments & units

2- Support Admin Coordinator to collect and analyze reports

3- Assist admin coordinator in all admin tasks (Saving and organizing documents on Dropbox, organizing meetings )

4-Assist with all official admin tasks

Education, Experience & Training:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, and preferred a university degree in the same field Experience: more than 2 years in the same domain.

  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English

  • Training Courses: All related ones

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required :

  • Familiarity with the Syrian conflictual context
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in Arabic & English (speaking and reporting).
  • Team player.
  • Good communications skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to handle multi tasks at the same time.Advanced Computer skills & MS office.
