Kesh Malek Organization would like to announce a new vacant position in the capacity of “Human Resource Officer” based in Gaziantep, Turkey, to help the organization meet a multitude of objectives regarding hiring, employee relations, training and organizational structure. The “Human Resource officer” works on supervising individual departments and ensure managers adhere to employment and labor regulations.

Maine duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

  • Provide support to project managers and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.

  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.

  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

  • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.


  • At least one year experience in the human resources management and NGOs.

  • Previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects.

  • University degree.

  • Excellent English\Arabic written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Valid registration in Turkey.
