OTI Pakistan – Local Partner

Statement of Work

IBTCI seeks a Pakistani organization to provide the following services in support of the final performance evaluation of USAID/OTI’s Azm-e-Pakistan project. Subcontractor tasks will include:

· Identify, hire, train, and deploy enumerators to conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection in Karachi and southern Punjab, which may include but are not limited to household surveys, focus group discussions, and key informant interviews;

· Provide all necessary resources and logistics to conduct data collection activities;

· Develop a database, to be approved by IBTCI, to store all quantitative data;

· Enter household survey and any other quantitative data into the approved database on a daily basis;

· Conduct initial statistical analysis of data as requested by evaluation team;

· Submit transcripts of key informant interviews, focus group discussions, and any other qualitative data collection activities shortly following data collection;

· Conduct regular data quality checks of all data; and

· Inform IBTCI of issues presenting challenges to the timely collection of data or risks to data quality
