The Vienna Evaluation Unit (VEU) of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) and the Operational Centre Barcelona - Athens) (OCBA) will conduct the following evaluation:

The use of Antibiotics and its drivers in MSF OCBA projects

MSF is looking for an experienced evaluator with the following essential expertise and skills:

· Relevant academic degrees (at least one evaluator with a Medical/Paramedical degree)

· Proven experience in collection and analysis of quantitative data (Epidemiological background a strong asset)

· Solid experience in applying techniques of qualitative data collection and analysis of qualitative data

· Experience in conducting evaluations

· Understanding of the phenomenon of Antibiotics-Resistance and influencing factors

· Proven report-writing and presentation skills

· Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and drawing well-grounded conclusions

· Excellent command of French and English

Desirable experiences are:

· Experience in working with MSF

· Previous experience in designing monitoring tools of health projects

· Command of Portuguese or Spanish
