CARE is seeking an Impact Data Analyst who will carry out data analysis, visualization, and utilization and will provide administrative support to the Multiplying Impact/Impact Measurement Team (MI/IM) in the Programs, Partnership and Learning department. This position will support data collection, aggregation, cleaning, validation, visualization, and use for impact measurement data including, but not limited to reach and impact data collected through CARE International’s Project and Program Impact Information Reporting System (PIIRS) as well as project, program, regional, and global-level analysis of data upon request of teams and colleagues. Description: This support will include data aggregation and restructuring, cleaning, fulfilment of analysis requests, and visualization of findings through dashboards and reports. The Impact Data Analyst will also troubleshoot issues and contribute to coaching and development of training materials to support in-country capacity building for data use. The Impact Data Analyst will also provide some general support to the Multiplying Impact/Impact Measurement Team, including knowledge sharing, developing communication materials, and general administrative support. The specific job functions are as follows: Data Analysis and Management Data Visualization Capacity Building for Data Use Knowledge sharing The position will report to the Senior Technical Advisor for Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, on the Multiplying Impact/Impact Measurement Team, and will collaborate closely with country office MEL counterparts.  The position will work collaboratively with all members of the Multiplying Impact/Impact Measurement team, and will coordinate with staff throughout CARE focused on monitoring evaluation and learning throughout CARE, as well as external partners and colleagues. Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Management Data visualization Capacity Building for Data Use Knowledge Sharing Perform other Impact Measurement and global MEL duties, as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social or health science, international development, health informatics, etc. 3-5 years experience in data management, analysis and utilization of program data (preferably public health related programming) Experience managing (cleaning, entering, aggregating and generating reports from) data using database platforms 2-4 years’ experience creating digital data dashboards Experience preparing appropriate data analysis plans and methods Experience independently executing data analyses (descriptive and predictive) Experience with or exposure to public health, preferably in the global South Descriptive and predictive analytics experience using SPSS, SAS, or similar programs Knowledge of data platforms and optimal ways to collect and store monitoring, evaluation, and impact data Knowledge and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and appropriate design Knowledge of online, open-source data collection tools and how to export and reformat data from them  (DHIS2, KoboToolbox, Open MRS, ODK, CommCare, CSPro, Salesforce, etc.) Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project, Asana, etc.) Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet software and data processing Knowledge of knowledge sharing and management platforms (wikis, Facebook, WebEx, etc.) Ability to design clear and attractive visualizations and other communication documents, including training manuals. Experience training others on how to analyze and use data based on analyses and visualizations .
