Here’s where you come in:

As Staffing Specialist you will provide effective, transparent and legally compliant staffing services to a designated group of hiring managers based in U.S. (domestic) and internationally, as well as, provide interim (Maternity leave coverage) for regions when needed. You will become a trusted partner to our hiring managers, focused on delivering quality customer service and identifying outstanding talent, resulting in more effective ministry to the communities and children we seek to serve. This is accomplished through the forecasting, sourcing, screening, assessment and placement of executive, professional and technical personnel in a timely and cost effective manner. This will be accomplished through a strong customer service orientation along with the ability to anticipate emerging organizational staffing trends and external market trends.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent of 5+ years of on the job training in recruitment, executive/contingency search including talent acquisition sourcing.
  • Experience in recruitment of professional and technical positions is required.
  • Understanding of global labour laws and experience in recruiting international staff highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting experience (applicant sourcing, resume screening, applicant assessment and interview, negotiating contracts). Targeted Selection certification or behavioural interviewing is a plus.
  • Must have strong interpersonal, negotiation and oral/written communication skills. Ability to provide high-level customer service required.
  • Fluency in English; prefer second language in Spanish, French.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 4 weeks per year if required.
