NGO/UN Job Vacancy

PAX means peace. PAX brings together people who have the courage to stand for peace. Together with people in conflict areas and concerned civilians worldwide, PAX works to build dignified, and peaceful societies across the globe.

PAX is a Dutch organisation dedicated to global peace and justice. We support people in conflict zones who work to promote peaceful and democratic societies. We work toward the protection of civilians against violence, toward the support of civilians who work to combat violence and against those who earn money from violence.

An important part of PAX's work is advocacy. The Public Affairs department advises all PAX programmes in the area of their advocacy work and, for a select number of topics, is more intensely involved in facilitating and implementing advocacy strategies via our presence in The Hague, at the UN (New York) at the EU (Brussels), and in European capitals (Berlin, London, Paris).
