We are seeking an extremely organised and proactive administrator to work with our Management Support team. We are particularly interested in applicants who have previous experience of providing administrative services and support to senior managers. If you feel you’re an exceptional administrator who is able to build great relationships, be proactive and enjoys working as part of a team we can offer you the opportunity to work for an international charity where you will also get to use your existing skills and gain new ones to develop your career.

Based in our Manchester head office, you will provide high quality and efficient administrative support to MAG’s Management Team, as well as travel support to our staff based both overseas and in the UK. You will have a wide range of administrative duties, including diary management, coordinating overseas travel, and maintaining stationary and consumables stock levels amongst other duties.

Ideally, you will have experience of providing administrative support in a busy office environment, with excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a keen eye for detail. In addition, you will have strong IT skills, enabling you to use Microsoft Office packages with ease.
