Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Preferred graduate with Bachelors in business management, HR or Administration | License social science or any related degree. | MBA in HR is an advantage. Significant relevant experience would be considered.

General Work Experience:

3-5 years of experience performing a variety of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within an organization. Support effective planning, implementation and evaluation of strategies, programs, and services, and conduct orientation programs for new employees (preferably in NGOs).

Skills :

§ Languages : Excellent in English,

§ Computing :

A. Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access

B. Microsoft word (essential for reporting)

§ Quality management /total quality management TQM will be advanced

§ Organization, prioritizing

§ Strong organization, time management skills

§ Strong people skills: good communication and networking

§ Effective at negotiation and persuasion

§ Analytical

Abilities :

§ To communicate effectively, verbally and in writing

§ To work extra time as needed

§ To maintain confidentiality of records and information

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that we have approved documents from the project / department managers (PRF, JD) for any new vacancy inside Syria
  • Make postings, screen of CVs, make long lists,
  • Schedule and conduct interviews and vetting.
  • Send interviews feedback to HR department in turkey
  • Ensure that employment documents comply with SR internal regulations
  • Ensure the timely processing of new contract, contract extension, staff transfer, promotions and other change of status for Syria staff
  • Make a database for CVs
  • Train HR officers inside Syria
